Due to its coarse structure, this heavy polyester fabric achieves an interesting transfer print with water-, oil- or solvent-based inks. By using a triple twisted yarn, a very coarse fabric is woven which is very suitable for the production of art reproductions. In order to prevent the fabric from shrinking during the transfer process, the fabric was completely heat-set and pre-shrunk.
